Schengen Visa For UAE Residents

Visa Form, Passport and Photos
Completed Visa Application Form: Filled and signed Schengen visa application form.
Passport Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photos adhering to Schengen visa photo specifications.
Valid Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure from the Schengen area, issued within the last 10 years, and containing at least two blank pages.
Residence proof, Employment & NOC
UAE Residence Permit: A valid UAE residence visa, valid for at least three months after your intended departure from the Schengen area.
Proof of Employment: A letter from your employer stating your position, length of employment, salary, and approval of your leave for the trip. If self-employed, provide a valid trade license and recent tax returns.
A NOC from your employer/company is also required
Travel Tickets & Accommodation
Proof of Travel Arrangements: Confirmed flight bookings or travel itinerary detailing your travel dates and flight numbers.
Proof of Accommodation: Hotel reservations, rental agreements, or an invitation letter from a host in the Schengen area, including their address and contact details.
Financial Documents & Cover Letter
Proof of Financial Means: Recent bank statements (typically last three to six months), salary slips, or a sponsorship letter demonstrating sufficient funds to cover your expenses during the trip.
Cover Letter: A personal letter explaining the purpose of your visit, itinerary, and any other relevant details.
Travel Insurance
Travel Medical Insurance: A policy covering at least €30,000 for medical emergencies, valid throughout the Schengen area for the entire duration of your stay.
